MARTHA BOZIC

Martha has had her own practice concentrating in all aspects of Real Estate Law and Chapter 7 bankruptcy since 1998. Martha primarily works with sellers, buyers, developers, businesses, and also people suffering from financial hardship. She is well known and respected for her ability to connect with clients, provide honest advice, give useful and valuable guidance and provide clients with effective and cost saving strategies. Her unmatched problem solving skills are born of the advantage of well over 25 years of legal experience. She has both the extensive legal expertise to effectively represent her client's interests as well as the people skills to build strong relationships and communicate effectively by transforming legalese into easily understandable language.  Martha handles cases spanning from multi-million dollar industrial and commercial property transactions to individual single family home transactions. Martha graduated from Loyola University of Chicago, cum laude and then went on to graduate from Loyola University School of Law. Martha is the first generation daughter of parents who emigrated from former Yugoslavia in the early 1960s and is bilingual in Serbo-Croatian, Bosnian and Macedonian.
