We really felt like everything was handled well and the deal was successful in big part because of Martha. It was always clear that she had our best interest in mind--in order to clear up certain issues and answer some property specific questions, she would (on multiple occasions) promptly reach out to seller's attorney, our to-be management company, our realtor, just to get the pending issues straightened out, push things along and get us the necessary info. No doubt without Martha's honesty, determination, professionalism and dedication to our case we would have backed out of this deal.
